Rattan, like all natural materials, has inherent disparities in color and grain pattern. Variations in shade and markings are normal and can be expected with the natural materials used in the construction of this product. Product Care & Maintenance: For cleaning, use a dry cloth, paint brush or air compressor to rid of dust. For spills such as juice or hot chocolate, wipe with a dry cotton cloth. The rattan is protected from a top coat so it wont absorb the liquid. For PU rattan seat tops: Wipe spills with a soft damp cloth or with a mild soap and water solution. Avoid use of cleaners and abrasives. Rattan is naturally heat resistant to sunlight and humidity but is recommended for indoor use only.
