Bruno Armchair

Description

Likened to the armchair in Bruno Munari’s famed 1944 poster “Seeking Comfort in an Uncomfortable Chair,” Ilse Crawford & Oscar Peña offer their own asymmetrical take. The designers say the comfortably bulbous seating comfortably accommodates casual sprawling, with one of Bruno’s arms low enough for a leg or knee to rest. Cradled on an FSC European oak frame, the chair’s curves all face inwards for a cocoon-like repose . Made at SCP’s specialist factory in Norfolk, England.
