Description
A Portuguese ceramic umbrella stand by RCCL Pottery. Round and embossed, the umbrella stand is hand painted with long scrolls and floral sprays. The rim and foot are decorated with a serpentine edge. Marked underneath “Handpainted RCCL Portugal”.
